You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your item(s).
To be eligible:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
The product must not be damaged or worn.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
π Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange
You received a wrong item.
You received a damaged or defective product.
There is a size issue (for exchange only, not refund).
You changed your mind (exchange only).
Note: Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refund β only size exchanges (if stock is available).

Once your request is reviewed and approved by our support team, youβll be asked to ship the item back to our return address.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
You received a defective or damaged product.
The product you ordered is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
Refunds are processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer within 7β10 working days after the returned item is received and approved by our team.
Important:
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
A 10% deduction may apply to cover packaging and payment processing fees.

If your item arrives damaged:

Send clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging via WhatsApp or Email.
Do not discard the item or its packaging until reviewed.

We offer size or color exchanges based on availability. To qualify:
The product must be in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed.
Exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
