That’s why we offer a 7-day Return and Exchange Policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and stress-free.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your item(s).

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • The product must not be damaged or worn.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

  • You received a wrong item.
  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • There is a size issue (for exchange only, not refund).
  • You changed your mind (exchange only).

Note: Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refund – only size exchanges (if stock is available).

  1. Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order:

  2. Once your request is reviewed and approved by our support team, you’ll be asked to ship the item back to our return address.

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.
  • The product you ordered is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

Refunds are processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and approved by our team.

Important:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
