Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.
Share your order number and a clear photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to ship the product back.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status.
If approved, the refund will be issued via store credit or bank transfer, depending on your preference.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
We offer exchanges for size or defect issues. Subject to product availability.
